‘Stoker’ Receives a Release Date for 2013

Great news: Stoker finally has a release date! According to Bloody Disgusting, the Park Chan-wook directed film will hit theaters next year, March 1, 2013. It is Chan-wook’s English-language debut, written by Wentworth Miller. Matthew Goode stars in the film as Uncle Charlie Stoker, with an impressive lineup – including Mia Wasikowska and Nicole Kidman – rounding out the rest of the cast. After India’s father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie, who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother. Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him.
